The neighboring appellation Lalande-de-Pomerol can be described as Pomerol's little brother. The areas separated by the Barvonne river are quite similar in terms of grape varieties and soil characteristics. The plants from Lalande-de-Pomerol, however, are less intense in terms of both sensory and pecuniary than a “real” Pomerol. The Laforet spoils with a generous nose of juicy aromas of plum and cassis, soft tannins and a harmonious, long finish. trade
Our expert tasted and enjoyed its deep ruby color, to smell it revealed scents of red fruits & spices and light wood notes. The mouth is round, flexible, with a beautiful length.
A pleasurable and elegant wine. A 7wines superb quality quotient value. Not to be missed! 7wines
