A fine Verdejo example from a solely dedicated grower & vintner. Delivers a pale straw color of green hues with aromas of stone fruits_peach, specially, pineapple and a hint of an anisse base. To palate, it is tasty and balanced with presence of fruit flavores but dry. Good structure and meaty, herby and light-bitter to taste, and it delivers a supple wine_ a favorite Verdejo of our wine expert. Liked by many as apperiff or calssic foodie-wine for grilled fish, seafood or chicken. We enjoy it most: 'Plain-Jane as Apperitiff! Supple!
